Try to prepare a few real examples that show how you work in teams, deal with problems, or take initiative.
Most importantly, don’t get discouraged if you don’t hear back right away. Finding an internship takes time, and rejection is part of the process. What matters is learning from it, improving your materials, and trying again. If you stay consistent and keep your goal in mind, your effort will pay off.
