Developer

Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and solutions for data and analytics applications.

• Fine-tune AI models to improve performance and accuracy based on specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and optimize AI models using Azure Machine Learning and other Azure cloud services.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure efficient data ingestion, transformation, and integration.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI models and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and integrate relevant technologies and methodologies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, processes, and solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive AI initiatives and projects.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure data privacy and compliance with organizational standards.
• Extensive experience with generative AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., GPT, GANs, VAEs).
• Proficiency with Azure cloud services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with other cloud platforms and AI tools is a plus.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders through cle ar and compelling data visualizations and reports.
• Continuously explore and experiment with new data sources, tools, and techniques to improve analytical capabilities.
• Think creatively to develop innovative solutions for complex business problems.
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability.
• Document methodologies, processes, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and "out of the box."
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

Salary Range: - $100,000 to $130,000 a year
